We do not guarantee that any particular result, including acceptance of an Offer in Compromise, penalty abatement, or release of a levy or garnishment, will be obtained. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific outcome. Results described by past clients are their own and are not typical of every case.
Information on this website is general in nature and is not legal, accounting, or tax advice for your situation. A client relationship is formed only through a signed engagement agreement.

Fees are set out in your engagement agreement. Fees for work performed are earned as described in that agreement, and government filing or user fees are separate from our fees.
